Sidewalk & Walkway Repair

Most walkway repair estimates are scheduled within 24 hours of your call. Small repairs such as a single trip-hazard grind or slab lift are often completed within the same week; larger pours and paving jobs are typically booked within one to three weeks, depending on permits, material delivery, and weather. Your written estimate lists the proposed start date.

Yes. We are registered with the City of San Antonio (SA-CC-0319-RES) and carry general liability insurance, and our crews are covered by workers' compensation. We can send a certificate of insurance before work starts, and we pull any required right-of-way or building permits for walkway repair work on your behalf.

Yes. Every walkway repair job includes our 5-year written workmanship warranty, starting on the completion date. It covers defects in our installation, such as a lifted slab resettling or a repair delaminating. It does not cover new damage from vehicles, tree roots, or flooding that occurs after the job is finished.

We accept checks, major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers. Residential walkway repair jobs are normally paid on completion, while larger projects follow a deposit and progress-payment schedule that is spelled out on your written estimate. HOA and commercial clients can request invoicing.
